What You'll Do

• Recommend suitable products while highlighting features, advantages, and benefits
• Assist customers in locating, selecting, and purchasing desired items
• Apply upselling, cross-selling, and suggestive selling techniques to increase transaction value
• Monitor stock availability and safeguard merchandise against theft or damage
• Track product shelf life and update reports regularly
• Replenish display products, ensuring accurate pricing and labeling
• Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned areas, following customer service standards
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints within company guidelines
• Set up store promotions with marketing materials for effective communication
• Monitor price changes weekly and update displays according to planograms

Ideal Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred but not essential
• 2-4 years of retail experience, ideally in beauty or fashion
• Strong knowledge of the beauty and fashion industry, including trends and retail operations
• Skilled in customer service, sales techniques, and basic computer applications
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving abilities
• Customer-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player with integrity and adaptability
