Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers with courteous, efficient service and demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge
• Recommend suitable products based on customer preferences for brand, variant, and color
• Apply suggestive selling, upselling, and cross-selling techniques to increase Average Transaction Value
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in line with service standards
• Ensure consistent application of customer service practices including greeting, smiling, and offering assistance
• Monitor product availability and shelf life and update required reports
• Maintain accurate stock levels, prevent shrinkage, and ensure safe keeping of merchandise
• Replenish displays with correct shelf and price tags and update changes as required
• Execute visual merchandising according to planograms and promotional timelines
• Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned areas and comply with operational policies and grooming standards

Ideal Profile

• Two to four years of retail experience, preferably in beauty or fashion
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, trends, and retail best practices
• Proven ability to deliver customer-focused service and meet sales targets
• Comfortable using retail systems for stock, merchandising, and cash operations
