Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide expert advice on ARMAF Beauty products, including perfumes, skincare, and cosmetics.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products to enhance their beauty experience.
Demonstrate and explain product benefits, application techniques, and usage.
Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
Maintain product displays, testers, and counters in perfect condition and in line with brand guidelines.
Handle customer queries and feedback in a professional manner.
Support with visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and in-store promotions.
Stay updated on product launches, beauty trends, and competitor activities.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage brand loyalty and repeat purchases.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma/certification in Beauty or Cosmetology is a plus.
1-3 years of experience as a
Beauty Advisor, Sales Promoter, or Retail Associate
(preferably in beauty or fragrance).
Strong product knowledge in perfumes and beauty lines.
Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
Presentable, confident, and sales-driven personality.
Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
Flexible to work retail hours, weekends, and holidays.
