Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Perform professional hair styling services including cutting, blow-drying, coloring, treatments, and updos. Provide massage services (head, neck, shoulders, body, or foot massages as applicable). Recommend appropriate hair and wellness treatments based on clients' needs. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of salon/spa tools, equipment, and work areas. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Stay updated with the latest trends in hairstyling and massage techniques. Deliver excellent customer service, building trust and loyalty with clients. Promote salon/spa products and services to clients when suitable.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Beautician, Hair Stylist, or Massage Therapist. Strong knowledge of hair care, styling techniques, and massage methods. Certification/Diploma in Beauty, Hair Styling, or Massage Therapy (preferred). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Attention to detail and creativity. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Professional and well-groomed appearance. Strong interpersonal skills with a client-oriented approach. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Passion for beauty and wellness industry.

Pay: AED5,000.00 per month
