Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest beauty products, trends, and techniques. Provide expert advice on product selection and maintenance. Hygiene and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhere to hygiene and sanitation standards, and sterilize equipment regularly. Client Education: Educate clients on proper skincare and beauty routines, recommend products, and provide tips for maintaining and enhancing their appearance. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns, ensuring their comfort, and fostering a positive and welcoming atmosphere. Sales and Upselling: Promote and sell beauty products and services, as well as upsell additional treatments to enhance the client\'s experience. Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and continuously enhance skills through training and professional development opportunities. Appointment Management: Schedule and manage client appointments efficiently, keeping track of appointments and ensuring timely service delivery. Requirements: Experience: Previous experience in a similar role or completion of a reputable beautician training program. Technical Skills: Proficient in a range of beauty treatments and techniques, including hairstyling, skincare, and nail care.
