We are seeking a vigilant and trained Beach Lifeguard to ensure the safety and well-being of all beachgoers. The ideal candidate will monitor swimming areas, prevent accidents, respond to emergencies, and maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor swimmers and beach activities to prevent accidents and respond promptly to emergencies.
Enforce safety rules, regulations, and beach policies.
Provide first aid and CPR when necessary.
Conduct regular inspections of lifesaving equipment and ensure it is in proper working order.
Assist in emergency evacuations and coordinate with local authorities if required.
Educate beach visitors on water safety and responsible behavior.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned beach areas.
Report incidents or hazards promptly to the supervisor.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Valid
UAE Lifeguard License
(mandatory).
Certified in
CPR, First Aid, and Water Rescue
.
Proven experience as a lifeguard, preferably at beaches or resorts.
Strong swimming skills and physical fitness.
Excellent observation and decision-making skills.
Ability to remain calm and act quickly in emergencies.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions:
Outdoor work in various weather conditions.
Rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.
