Job Summary

Beach attendants primarily focus on customer needs. They carry and set up chairs, umbrellas and cabanas for patrons. A beach attendant cleans furniture and keeps the beach area uncluttered. Attendants generally bleach the chairs a few times annually.

Key Responsibilities

Wash, sweep and clean the working area (equipment, boats, etc.)

Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere in all recreational areas by expressing an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude.

Promote the rules and regulations of the Adventure Sports.

Be aware of possible situations where guests are not able to safely participate and inform supervisor or manager.

Provide assistance to injured guests until the arrival of emergency medical services.

Knowledgeable of hotel facilities and services to answer guest questions.

Great all guest upon arrival, distribute towels. offer assistance with seating, and deliver consistent guest service, exceeding guest expectations and providing all other supporting services.

While on duty you will be required to wear proper / appropriate dress code in accordance with your work designation. At all times you will be expected to look neat, clean and professional and according to standards of 5hotel. No long hair, No earrings, tattoo, mustache / beard, long nails and no jewelry or any accessories of any kind.
Provide a high level of customer service in the completion of all job duties.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent; Basic Computer knowledge

Previous experience working as a Beach Attendant or Lifeguard in star hotels

Honest and responsible.
