Job Summary:



The BE Coordinator will play a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives, promoting process excellence, and supporting the implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, and quality systems across the organization. The role involves coordinating improvement projects, tracking KPIs, facilitating training programs, and ensuring alignment with organizational excellence frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinates lean processes plant wide

Coordinates plant team in problem solving method and other lean tools

Coordinates cross functional teams for idea generation and implementation

Coordinate and support Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives across departments.

Assist in process mapping, gap analysis, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and awareness programs on quality and excellence practices.

Maintain documentation related to SOPs, process changes, and improvement records.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:



Education: Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering or related field Experience: 0-2 years Skills:
? Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

? Knowledge of quality tools (5S, Fishbone, Pareto, PDCA, RCA, etc.)

? Strong communication and coordination skills.

? Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

? Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and levels of the organization.
