Business Development Manager - Advertising (Arabic Speaker)
to drive partnerships, manage advertising clients, and support revenue growth in the Riyadh region.
Responsibilities:
Identify, target, and onboard advertising agencies in Riyadh.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales pitches in Arabic & English.
Manage revenue pipelines and maintain CRM updates.
Conduct market research and analysis for the Riyadh region.
Attend meetings, events, and industry activities.
Sell AI-powered advertising solutions and communicate product value clearly.
Prepare weekly performance and market reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Arabic speaker (mandatory)

Based in Riyadh or able to cover the region.
4+ years of experience
in B2B sales, advertising, or media.
Previous experience working on AI-related commercial projects (preferred).
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with:
CRM systems (HubSpot / Salesforce)
Market research tools
