Business Development Manager - Advertising (Arabic Speaker)
to lead client acquisition, manage advertising partnerships, and drive revenue growth in the Western Region (Jeddah & Makkah).
Responsibilities:
Identify, target, and onboard advertising agencies in the Western Region.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with advertising partners.
Develop proposals, presentations, and sales pitches in Arabic & English.
Manage revenue pipelines and maintain CRM records.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis in Jeddah and Makkah.
Attend client meetings, industry events, and networking activities.
Promote and sell AI-powered advertising solutions.
Prepare weekly performance reports and insights.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Arabic speaker (mandatory).
Based in Jeddah or able to cover the Western Region.
4+ years of experience
in B2B sales, advertising, or media.
Previous involvement in AI-related commercial projects (preferred).
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Familiarity with:
CRM systems (HubSpot / Salesforce)
Market research tools
