Job Description
Operate and control batching plant machinery to produce concrete or other materials
Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency
Maintain accurate records of batch data and production logs
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues
Ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in batching plant operation
Experience in concrete or construction industry is preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced and safety-conscious environment
Good technical and problem-solving skills
