Batching Plant Manager
Job Location : United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities :

• Oversee the production of ready-mix concrete using the batching plant, ensuring that all production is in line with client specifications and quality standards.
• Develop and implement production schedules to ensure that production targets are met.
• Prepare and monitor the batching plant budget, ensuring that all production costs are kept within acceptable limits.
• Create and implement standard operating procedures for the batching plant and ensure that all staff members are trained to follow them.
• Manage the plant's inventory of raw materials, ensuring that the correct materials are available for production.
• Ensure that all safety procedures are followed, and all staff members are aware of and follow the safety protocols.
• Regularly review the performance of the batching plant, recommend performance improvements and ensure that all equipment is properly maintained.

Requirements :

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, logistics, or supply chain management
• A minimum of 5 years experience in a Batching Plant management role or related role
• Solid experience in the field of ready-mix concrete
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of batching plant operations, production scheduling, and inventory management.
• Ability to develop and implement standard operating procedures and provide training to staff members.
• Familiarity with relevant safety regulations, standards and procedures
