RESPONSIBILITES & DUTIES
- Operates concrete mixer to batch materials used in hollow core planks.
- Manage controls to heat, cool, weigh and mix aggregate, cement and water to produce consistent and quality concrete.
- May require the ability to repair machinery, using hand and power tools
- Operates forklift, trucks, front end loader, crane-ways as well as batching equipment to mix concrete
- Be accountable for recording and carrying out accurately all safety procedures and policies
- Ability to continuously improve the batching process
- Batch concrete when needed for each job
- Cleans mixer area daily
- Complete special projects as requested and performs other duties as assigned
- General math skills and ability to read a tape measure
- Must be able to solve problems quickly and efficiently
- Must be able to lift 50-75 lbs
- Ability to work with others to get the project completed efficiently \xe2\x88\x92 Knowledge of p
- Must have a valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license
- Must have interpersonal communication skills to interact with coworkers, supervisors, and managers
