ProSports UAE is seeking a passionate, dedicated, and qualified Basketball Coach to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will inspire young athletes, foster skill development, and uphold the highest standards of sportsmanship and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality basketball training sessions for various age groups and skill levels.
Develop individual and team skill progression plans.
Monitor and assess athlete performance, providing constructive feedback.
Ensure all coaching activities follow safety guidelines and ProSports UAE standards.
Assist with event organization, competitions, and promotional activities.
Maintain equipment and report any needs to management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven basketball coaching qualification (certificate/diploma preferred).
Strong knowledge of basketball rules, drills, and teaching techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire athletes of all ages.
Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle.
Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
Desirable:
Previous experience coaching children or youth basketball programs.
First aid certification.
