Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area.
Verify customer identification and confirm they meet legal drinking age requirements.
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, processing payments through the POS system.
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to the manager.
Requirements (Typical)
Proven working experience as a Bartender, Cocktail Server, or similar role.
Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
Flexibility to work evening shifts, specifically on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
Relevant certification (e.g., S.S.S. or equivalent local license) is highly preferred.
Excellent communication skills.
