Apt Resources is seeking skilled Bartenders for an Upmarket Jazz Bar and Restaurant, renowned for its elegant ambiance and top-notch service.
Responsibilities

Craft and serve high-quality cocktails and beverages in a stylish and engaging manner
Engage with patrons, providing exceptional service and fostering a welcoming environment
Curate and maintain an innovative drink menu that complements the jazz bar concept
Assist in creating a lively atmosphere by setting up and maintaining the bar area in line with the venue's upscale aesthetic
Educate guests about our drink offerings and suggest pairings with menu items
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Manage the inventory, including ordering and restocking supplies as needed

Requirements:

Prior experience as a Bartender, particularly in an upscale or jazz-themed environment
Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wines
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced setting
Strong attention to detail and a flair for presentation
Familiarity with bar equipment and techniques
Relevant certification or training in bartending or mixology is preferred
