As a professional in your role, your responsibilities and essential job functions will include but are not limited to:

• Create, prepare, and serve a wide range of classic and signature cocktails with precision and flair
• Deliver exceptional service and engage guests with professional and friendly interaction
• Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards at the service areas
• Maintain inventory, manage stock levels, and ensure all beverages are available
• Recommend beverages based on guest preferences
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktail techniques
• Adhere to hotel and health & safety standards
• Collaborate with the F&B and culinary teams for promotions, pairings, and seasonal offerings
• Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently

Ideally, you should possess some or all the following qualifications and experience:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a luxury hotel or upscale bar
• Certification in bartending or mixology is a plus
• Proven skills in cocktail creation and presentation
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and bar equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for hospitality, creativity, and innovation
• Ability to work flexible shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays)
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
