Bartender/beverage Maker
Job Description
1. Proactive, Presentable Motivated, Team player, observant and with initiative while performing duties
2. Reports directly to Captain
3. Clean equipment, parts, or tools to repair or maintain them in good working order.
4. Maintain work equipment or machinery
5. Monitor work areas or procedures to ensure compliance with safety procedures.
6. Greet guest as they enter
7. Give guest drink menu and being knowledgeable on the recipe and ingredients
8. Maintain stock of clean glasses
9. Communicate guest feedback to managers for the most recommended menu items
10. Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to customers.
11. Grooming standards needs to be met at all times
12. Taking inventory and ordering supplies to ensure bar and tables are well-stocked and coordinate to main office to reorder
13. Maintaining a clean work and dining area by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
