In this dual role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, specialty coffees, and cafe-style drinks while maintaining a clean, welcoming, and efficient bar and cafe environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, espresso-based drinks, and specialty beverages.
Greet customers, take orders, and ensure a positive guest experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, coffee station, and service areas.
Manage inventory, restock supplies, and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
Follow all safety, hygiene, and beverage preparation standards.
Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a bartender, barista, or in a similar role preferred.
Knowledge of mixology and coffee brewing techniques.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as required.
