The sky is your limit What you will be doing: Perform all necessary tasks to service beverages according to the standard of performance manual of the hotel Provide guidance and assistance to the beverage employees helping them in the execution of their duties and responsibilities Conduct training sessions on beverage pouring practice, cocktail mixing, bottle flaring and up-selling Achieve total guest satisfaction and organizational profitability through effective utilization of all resources Maintain complete knowledge of all F&B services, outlets, hotel services/features Your experience and skills include: Minimum 2-3 years food and beverage experience with detailed bar knowledge Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team of individuals Prior experience in Clubs and Bars is a must.
