Join our vibrant team as a Bartender in the beautiful city of Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates! We're seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to create unforgettable experiences for our guests through exceptional beverage service and a welcoming atmosphere.

Greet patrons warmly and take drink orders, ensuring prompt and accurate service Craft a wide variety of cocktails, mixed drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area at all times Ensure compliance with all liquor laws, health regulations, and responsible alcohol service guidelines Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems Collaborate with kitchen staff to fulfill food orders and maintain seamless service Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and conducting regular stock counts Create a positive and engaging atmosphere for guests, fostering a memorable dining experience Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge Adapt to changing customer needs and preferences, suggesting drink options and upselling when appropriate


Qualifications

Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment Extensive knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and current beverage trends Strong understanding of liquor laws and responsible alcohol service practices Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus Proficiency in cash handling and familiarity with POS systems Exceptional multitasking abilities and time management skills Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays Food and beverage certifications are advantageous Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office suite Understanding of local customs and etiquette in Ras Al-Khaimah is beneficial Vibrant personality with high energy and enthusiasm for creating exceptional guest experiences
