All Inclusive Collection Properties is seeking a skilled and energetic Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, mix, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in line with standard recipes, company guidelines, and guest preferences.
Create visually appealing drinks, ensuring proper garnishing, presentation, and consistency.
Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, recommending beverages and upselling premium options.
Take and process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring minimal wait times.
Monitor and manage bar inventory; restock liquor, mixers, garnishes, and other supplies as required.
Conduct regular checks to ensure sufficient stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies to management.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including counters, utensils, tools, and glassware.
Ensure correct storage, rotation, and handling of beverages to maintain quality and minimize waste.
Comply with health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in all aspects of bar operations.
Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines, refusing service to underage or intoxicated guests when necessary.
Operate POS systems, process payments accurately, and handle cash, credit card, and room charge transactions securely.
Reconcile cash drawers at the end of shifts, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.
Collaborate with colleagues and support smooth service during peak hours or events.
Assist in training and mentoring new team members on beverage preparation, guest service, and operational procedures.
Contribute to a positive, energetic atmosphere that enhances the guest experience.
Stay updated on new cocktail recipes, bar trends, and seasonal beverage offerings.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Skills:

• High School diploma or equivalent; bartending certification is a plus.

• Previous bartending experience in a hotel or high-volume setting.

• Knowledge of mixology, cocktails, wines, and spirits.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
