skilled and passionate Bartenders

to join our opening team and elevate the beverage experience for our guests.

Role Purpose

The Bartender will be responsible for crafting exceptional beverages, providing warm and attentive service, and ensuring the bar operates smoothly. This role will be

based in Ras Al Khaimah

and requires someone who can embody RIKAS standards of hospitality, creativity, and precision while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience

Welcome guests at the bar and create a memorable, engaging atmosphere. Prepare, mix, and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Suggest drinks and pairings confidently, based on guest preferences. Provide detailed knowledge of the cocktail list, spirits, and wine. Anticipate guest needs, resolve concerns, and ensure satisfaction.

Operational Duties

Ensure bar stations are fully stocked, clean, and organized before, during, and after shifts. Follow standard recipes and presentation guidelines to maintain consistency. Maintain bar inventory, track stock levels, and report shortages to management. Assist in creating new cocktails, specials, and seasonal beverage offerings. Comply with cash handling and billing procedures.

Standards & Compliance

Follow all hygiene, sanitation, and safety regulations strictly. Maintain grooming and professional appearance in line with RIKAS policies. Prevent excessive waste and ensure responsible alcohol service. Support training initiatives for junior bar staff and contribute to a culture of excellence.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Bartender in a premium or luxury hospitality venue (minimum 1-2 years preferred). Strong mixology skills and knowledge of international cocktails, spirits, and wines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flair, creativity, and passion for delivering exceptional bar service. Professional appearance, high energy, and positive attitude. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Must be available to join immediately in Ras Al Khaimah.
