Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to brand and quality standards
• Deliver attentive, personalized bar service that enhances the overall guest experience
• Anticipate guest preferences and coordinate closely with service and kitchen teams
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar area at all times
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Manage multiple orders efficiently during busy service periods
• Support upselling initiatives while maintaining a refined and professional approach
• Contribute positively to a collaborative, high-performance Food and Beverage team

Ideal Profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bartender in a luxury hotel, resort, or high-end restaurant
• WSET Level 2 qualification or equivalent professional bar certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, service-oriented mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable engaging with a diverse, international clientele
