WHAT YOU\'LL BE DOING:
- Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions.
- You will also provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, following the hotel F&B operation standards manual.
- Have knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods.
- Maintain a clean, neat and orderly restaurant throughout service.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food & beverage.
- Follow company standards including uniform dress code, cleanliness and personal hygiene.
- Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
- Service focused personality is essential.
- Guest oriented, service minded and attention to quality.
- Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills, Arabic will be an advantage.
