With a remarkable foyer and lounge welcoming guests at lobby level, a private elevator will whisk guests up to the 23rd floor, opening out to a dining room, event space, expansive private dining room, lounge, and outdoor terraces, which will boast 180-degree panoramic views of the iconic Palm Island and Dubai's captivating skyline. About the role
As a Bartender at Ling Ling you will be preparing both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at the bar and restaurant. In this role you will need to ensure that you always anticipate the needs of the guest, working closely with service teams, ensuring that sanitation and safety standards are always followed and maintained. About you
The ideal candidate will have a Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET), Level 2 or similar bar course with minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role. You must have excellent communication skills, be a team player, manage multiple tasks and have the confidence in dealing with a diverse set of clientele.
