Bartender
Job Description
1. Assisting the Bar Supervisor.
2. Greeting the guests and presenting beverage menus to them.
3. Making recommendations and answering all related inquiries.
4. Maintaining complete knowledge of all our foods and beverages, outlets, services, and hours of operation.
5. Taking orders from serving staff and directly from the guests.
6. Recording beverage orders accurately into the register system.
7. Peeling, slicing, and pitting fruits for garnishing beverages.
8. Mixing and garnishing beverages according to standard specifications.
9. Serving snacks to guests seated at the bar.
10. Responding promptly to requests from guests in a polite and professional fashion.
11. Arranging glasses and bottles into attractive and functional displays.
12. Ensuring clean glasses, bar equipment, and working areas.
13. Complying with all health, safety, and hygiene standards and policies.
14. Monitoring inventory and informing the Bar Supervisor about products that are about to go out of stock or expire.
15. Training new and existing staff.
16. Checking products for quality and identifying damaged ones.
17. Labeling and stocking all ingredients on shelves, so that they can be organized and easily accessible.
18. Attending basic food hygiene and work safety training programs.
19. Carrying out other related tasks and responsibilities.
