As a Bartender at IIQAF, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by crafting delicious beverages and providing friendly service. Your contributions will help create an inviting atmosphere, ensuring that each guest feels welcome and satisfied. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to start their career in the hospitality sector, with competitive monthly compensation ranging from 5,500 to 7,000 AED.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks Engage with customers to understand their preferences and provide excellent service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area Handle cash and process transactions accurately Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Restock bar supplies as needed and assist with inventory management Participate in training and development opportunities Collaborate with kitchen staff to provide a seamless dining experience

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Strong customer service orientation Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Team player with a positive attitude Willingness to learn and grow in the hospitality industry
