Join our vibrant team as a Bartender at SO/ Uptown Dubai. We're looking for a skilled and charismatic individual to create unforgettable experiences for our guests in one of the world's most exciting hospitality destinations.

Craft and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including signature cocktails, to meet our guests' preferences Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent service and creating a welcoming atmosphere Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems Adhere to all food safety regulations and local liquor laws Assist in inventory management and stock rotation Collaborate with kitchen and wait staff to ensure seamless service Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products and mixology techniques Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously


Qualifications

1-2 years of previous bartending experience in a fast-paced environment Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, beer, wine, and spirits Proficiency in using POS systems and cash handling Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong multitasking abilities and time management skills Team player with a positive attitude High school diploma or equivalent Bartending certification preferred Food safety certification (e.g., ServSafe) required Knowledge of local liquor laws and regulations Familiarity with Dubai's hospitality industry is a plus Ability to work in a diverse, multicultural environment * Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
