Join our dynamic team as a Bartender in the heart of Dubai's vibrant hospitality scene! We're looking for an enthusiastic and skilled professional to create unforgettable experiences for our guests in the United Arab Emirates.

Provide a warm, personalized welcome to customers, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor Take orders, prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with efficiency and flair Ensure strict compliance with hygiene procedures and local liquor laws Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including proper care of equipment and utensils Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately Upsell products and promote special events or promotions to increase sales Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless food and beverage service Adapt to changing customer needs and maintain a flexible approach to work schedules Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues during busy periods

Qualifications

1-2 years of professional bartending experience in a high-volume establishment Excellent knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, and current beverage trends Strong customer service skills with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented approach to work, ensuring accuracy in drink preparation and cash handling Proficiency in English, with clear communication skills Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service Experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures Ability to multitask and prioritize duties effectively Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds Passion for the hospitality industry with a desire to learn and grow professionally
