We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled

Bartender

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to craft and serve a wide range of beverages. You will be responsible for creating memorable guest experiences, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and contributing to a vibrant atmosphere.

Immediate joiners currently available in the UAE are preferred

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Proven experience as a bartender or mixologist Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks WSET level 1 in wine and level 2 in Spirits Beverage certifications preferably from EBS Experienced in working with VVIP clients with a passion for providing personalised luxury service Minimum 2 years' experience in a high-end lounge as a bartender Mixology experience is a plus

JOB SKILLS

Engage with guests, offer recommendations, and ensure customer satisfaction. Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly. Prepare a variety of beverages, including fresh juices, mocktails, smoothies, milkshakes, and different varieties of teas. Assist in creating new cocktails or drink specials. Ensure timely delivery of beverages Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista pantry and all working stations at all locations. Clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, glassware, and cups. Adhere to all food safety, hygiene regulations, and FIFO (First In, First Out) standards. Ensure the bar is fully stocked with necessary supplies, including mixers, garnishes, glassware, and utensils. Replenish items as needed and maintain daily checklists. Communicate orders from FOH to BOH. Stay active in WhatsApp groups for team communication and report any maintenance faults to the manager. Always maintain proper grooming standards. Follow all safety protocols, including responsible alcohol-serving policies. Work efficiently under pressure and be flexible to work extra hours if needed.
