Job Description
We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and service-oriented
Bartender
to join at a prestigious 5-star hotel in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a background in mixology, an eye for detail, and the ability to deliver world-class guest experiences in a luxury setting.Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a wide range of classic and innovative cocktails, mocktails, and beverages. Provide personalized service and engage with guests to ensure memorable experiences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards. Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock control and ordering. Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless and efficient service. Stay up to date with beverage trends and contribute creative ideas for seasonal menus.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender in a
5-star hotel
, luxury resort, or fine-dining establishment. Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, and beverage presentation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus). Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Candidates must be locally available Russian Speaker & Arabic speaker is a plusSalary & benefits:
Basic: AED 1800-2200
Service Charge: AED 200-300
Accommodation (2 in 1) provided
Meals, Transportation & medical insurance are provided

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
