Bartender
Job Summary:
The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests at the bar and in the restaurant. They create a welcoming atmosphere, manage bar inventory, and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and liquor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, beers, wines, and other beverages according to standard recipes.
Interact with guests in a friendly and engaging manner, providing recommendations and ensuring a positive experience.
Check identification to verify legal drinking age and refuse service to intoxicated guests.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and wiping down surfaces.
Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and notify the manager of low stock levels.
Process customer payments and handle cash register operations.
Create new cocktail recipes and promote specialty drinks.
Comply with all food and beverage regulations, including responsible alcohol service.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience as a Bartender.
Extensive knowledge of drink mixing techniques, cocktail recipes, and bar equipment.
Understanding of licensing laws and responsible service of alcohol.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
