Description
The overall scope of the job includes serving beverages to guests in the assigned place of work, providing a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service consistent with the standards of the hotel and Kempinski in order to encourage sales and maximize guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

• Maintains proper and adequate set-up of the bar on a daily basis
• Responsible for the daily inventory update.
• Acquire in depth knowledge of the food & beverage menu of the assigned outlet in order to assist and provide advice to guests
• Greets guests in a courteous and friendly manner
• Mix, garnish and serve drinks according to the guest requests.
• Ensure the Outlet is set-up for service and supervise for a smooth operation.
• Ensure proper organization, planning and control of supplies and maintain concise record of all beverage stock in order to ensure that the required is available
• Ensure minimum wastage, breakage and spoilage
• Actively use up selling techniques by exceeding guest expectations and to increase revenue

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 to 2 years' experience in a similar position
• Preferably in an international, luxury five-star hotel
• English - excellent communication skills
• Should be result & quality driven.
• Ability to handle high volume with attention to detail
• Ability to cope with changing priorities and multiple tasks at the same time
