Provide excellent service to guests, ensuring a friendly and professional experience. Prepare and serve drinks according to company standards. Be knowledgeable about the menu and assist guests with recommendations. Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow service standards and ensure guest satisfaction. Prepare beverages following recipes and company guidelines. Serve drinks and food professionally and courteously. Ensure bar is clean, stocked, and organized at all times. Process payments and ensure accurate charges. Check customer IDs to confirm legal drinking age when needed. Report any issues or concerns to the manager. Attend training sessions as required.
Requirements:
Previous bartending experience is a plus. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
