Role Overview

As a Bartender, you will craft exceptional drinks, deliver outstanding guest service, and contribute to the energetic, playful vibe that defines our venues. You'll be part of a dynamic team that thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while upholding our commitment to quality and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages according to Swingers' standards. Deliver engaging, friendly, and professional service that enhances the guest experience. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels at the bar throughout service. Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including responsible alcohol service policies. Work collaboratively with colleagues across the venue to ensure smooth operations. Handle cash and card transactions accurately. Support inventory checks, restocking, and bar prep before and after shifts. Promote specials, events, and signature cocktails to boost guest engagement and sales.

Requirements

Knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, wines, and spirits. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a fun and approachable personality. Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Food and beverage or hospitality certifications (e.g., Responsible Alcohol Service) preferred but not essential.
