Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced premium-level Bartender to join our flagship whisky lounge in Dubai's financial district. This is not a standard bar role - it is a chance to be part of an internationally recognised Scottish brand, delivering exceptional whisky-focused service, curated cocktails, and memorable guest experiences in a high-end casual-luxe environment.

Key Responsibilities

Beverage Service Excellence

Prepare and serve premium cocktails, whisky serves, and bespoke drinks with precision. Educate guests on whisky heritage, pairings, and rituals unique to the company

Guest Experience & Brand Representation

Deliver warm, knowledgeable, and engaging service aligned with luxury hospitality standards. Act as a brand ambassador for Scottish whisky culture and the company identity.

Operations & Compliance

Maintain cleanliness, stock levels, and setup of the bar area. Ensure compliance with DIFC and hotel liquor regulations and health & safety standards.

Team Contribution

Work closely with the Head Bartender and management to execute weekly themed events. Support innovation in menu development and experiential whisky rituals.

Skills & Experience Required

Minimum 3 years' experience as a bartender in premium or luxury venues. Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, mixology, and whisky culture. Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, Russian, Mandarin) are a plus. Confident, professional, and guest-focused personality. Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced, and multicultural environment.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
