We are an upscale nightclub and luxury lounge catering to an international clientele. Known for premium service, an electric atmosphere, and a high-end bar experience, we are looking for experienced and professional Bartenders to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to established recipes
Maintain extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and premium beverages
Interact with guests in a friendly, energetic, and professional manner
Provide suggestions and recommendations based on guest preferences
Ensure the bar area is clean, fully stocked, and compliant with hygiene and safety standards
Manage cash and electronic payments accurately and efficiently
Handle customer concerns or complaints with professionalism
Work closely with waitstaff and other team members to maintain fast and seamless service
Uphold a luxury service standard that aligns with the venue's brand
Requirements:

Fluent in Russian & Arabic language skills are a strong plus
Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender in a nightclub, bar, or luxury lounge (required)
Solid knowledge of mixology, bar techniques, and alcohol safety standards
Confident, professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
High level of energy, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and holidays
Team-oriented with a proactive, guest-focused mindset
