Job Summary:
As a bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while preparing and serving beverages to guests in the food and beverage industry. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that all guests have an enjoyable experience and all drinks are prepared to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests and take their drink orders Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Ensure that all drinks are made to the correct specification and presented beautifully Keep the bar area clean and well-stocked at all times Maintain a good knowledge of all beverages and be able to make recommendations to guests Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately Follow all safety and health regulations Ensure that the bar area is kept clean and presentable at all times Maintain inventory of supplies and restock as necessaryDesired Skill & Expertise:
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience as a bartender in a restaurant or bar Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks Good understanding of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong customer service skills Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team Knowledge of safety and health regulations * Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
