Bartender
Job Description
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to hotel standards and guest preferences
Interact with guests in a friendly and engaging manner to create a welcoming atmosphere
Maintain knowledge of all drink recipes, bar menus, and hotel promotions
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and follow proper procedures
Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and act in accordance with responsible service policies
Clean and sanitize bar surfaces, tools, and glassware regularly
Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed, including garnishes, liquor, mixers, and glassware
Follow all safety and sanitation standards, including those related to COVID-19 or other health protocols
Assist with bar setup and breakdown before and after service periods
Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless service across outlets
