Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Responsibilities include preparing and serving beverages, maintaining bar cleanliness, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare & Serve Drinks: Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Customer Service: Engage with guests, take orders, and provide recommendations while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Bar Maintenance: Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies, garnishes, and beverages.
- Check Handling & Transactions: Process payments, handle cash responsibly, and maintain accurate tabs.
- Compliance & Safety: Verify legal drinking age, refuse service when necessary, and adhere to all alcohol service laws and company policies.
- Inventory Management: Assist in tracking inventory, restocking bar supplies, and minimizing waste.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations.
