Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and dynamic individual to join our team as a Bartender. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere for our patrons. The Bartender will play a central role in providing an exceptional experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine
Interact with customers to take drink orders and provide recommendations
Maintain a clean and organized bar area
Check identification to verify the legal drinking age
Handle cash and process payments accurately
Monitor and manage inventory of bar supplies and ingredients
Create and present visually appealing and delicious drinks
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Bartender in a similar establishment
Extensive knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong customer service orientation
TIPS or other relevant certifications are a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
