KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Carries out all operational aspects of beverage service in the restaurant including the optimization of profits and increasing sales.
Assumes full responsibility of a specific shift in the absence of other colleagues within the same department (Bar Section)
To assist the bar operations on a day-to-day basis. Responsible for the coordination and directing of set-up, service from the dispensary bar to the customers. Responsible for the correct inventories and availabilities of all beverages and tobaccos.
Ensures all beverage receipts and pouring standards are followed.
