KEY RESPONSIBILITES
Ensuring the bar area looks good and is ready for the day\xe2\x80\x99s trading, operating opening and closing duties as outlined
Efficient, courteous and consistent service at all times.
Must possess complete food and drinks knowledge and be able to appropriately describe and serve to guests
Following the company\xe2\x80\x99s set standards in drinks making process, presenting each drink as required
To NEVER say \xe2\x80\x98No\xe2\x80\x99 to guest unless their request is illegal
Participate in the weekly restaurant cleaning procedures as well as the weekly and end of month stock takes
Work with the management team and the supervisors team, following set targets and increasing turnover and profitability of the bar
Attend work as scheduled, working various schedules and shifts throughout week/weekend business hours, attend any scheduled training sessions
To carry out any jobs or duties as dictated by the management team and the supervisor\xe2\x80\x99s team
Desired Skill & Expertise
Requirements
Proven working experience as a Bartender of a minimum of 2+ years.
Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
Knowledge of a second language is a plus.
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
