Job Description
Address Montgomerie is a luxury golf resort set in the heart of the prestigious Emirates Hills, the resort comprises of a Colin Montgomerie designed 18-hole championship golf course, and 5-star award-winning accommodation. We are looking for a professional, high-energy bartender with excellent communication skills to serve classical cocktails and exciting new beverages to our guests. :
- Welcoming customers, reading and listening to people to determine beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking drink orders.
- Mixing beverages using an extensive range of ingredients including liquor, bitters, soda, water, sugar, and fruits.
- Taking beverage orders from customers or wait staff and serving drinks as requested, paying extreme attention to detail.
- Providing a positive and friendly guest experience by interacting with guests.
- Taking inventory and ordering supplies to ensure bar and tables are well-stocked.
- Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations.
