Job Description
JOB DESIGNATION PURPOSE: To assist the bar operations on a day-to-day basis. Responsible for the co-ordination and directing of set-up, service from the dispensary bar to the customers. Responsible for the correct inventories and availabilities of all beverages and tobaccos. Ensures all beverage receipts and pouring standards are followed. Assumes full responsibility of a specific shift in the absence of other colleagues within the same department JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and present the bar menu as well as prepare ingredients for cocktails
- Restock bar inventory and supplies as necessary
- Keep the bar area tidy as per the OSH-standards
- Take beverage orders from customers/wait staff and serving
- Keep a well-stocked bar with an adequate supply and replenish as necessary
- Other responsibilities to be elaborated upon interview
- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience within high-end cocktail bars in the UAE
- Well-versed in various beverage recipes; both alcoholic and non-alcoholic
- WSET Certification would be an advantage
- Bartending: 3 years (Required)
