Key Responsibilities:
Bartending Duties:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests as per recipes
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Ensure stock levels of bar ingredients and notify management of low inventory
Follow all safety and hygiene standards for handling beverages
Check identification to ensure minimum age requirements for consumption
Waiter Duties:
Greet guests and take food and beverage orders accurately
Serve orders promptly while maintaining presentation and quality standards
Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about ingredients or specials
Ensure tables are clean, set up properly, and cleared efficiently after use
Handle guest requests and complaints politely and professionally
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service
Key Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
as a bartender, waiter, or a similar dual-role position
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar hygiene standards
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Neat appearance and good communication in [Insert Required Language(s)]
