Located on the pristine shores of Bluewaters Island, the Delano Dubai resort will boast an array of luxury rooms and suites, four exceptional culinary and mixology experiences, an ocean front swimming pool and a wellness studio.

Summary: Prepare and serve beverages during banquets and events while ensuring exceptional guest service. Maintain a well-stocked and organized bar area and collaborate with banquet and service teams to deliver a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities
Beverage Preparation: Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to established recipes and event specifications.
Guest Service: Engage with guests courteously, taking orders efficiently and responding to inquiries or special requests.
Setup & Cleanup: Prepare bar areas prior to events; clean and restock supplies post-event, ensuring hygiene standards are met.
Coordination: Work closely with banquet staff, waiters, and kitchen teams to ensure timely delivery of beverages.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, report shortages, and assist with restocking and storage.
Compliance: Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.
Support: Assist with overall event setup and breakdown as needed.
Qualifications

• Luxury Experience: You have a proven track record in a luxury hospitality environment - luxury hotel, high-end restaurant, demonstrating your ability to craft sophisticated beverages and provide discreet, refined service that exceeds guest expectations.
• Exceptional Skills: Your communication and interpersonal skills are exemplary, allowing you to engage with guests in a refined manner that enhances their experience.
• Operational Knowledge: You're proficient in luxury hotel operations and bar management systems, with a solid understanding of sophisticated beverage protocols, mixology standards, and event service coordination to ensure flawless operations.
• Educational Background: A relevant educational qualification, such as a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience, is preferred, aligning with our commitment to excellence.
