a premier destination for Japanese cuisine, is on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team.We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, strong customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest requests. Create and recommend cocktails, ensuring proper food and drink pairings. Maintain bar cleanliness, garnishes, and proper mise-en-place. Manage stock, perform inventory checks, and control costs efficiently. Uphold hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards. Promote up-selling and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Ensure a smooth and professional service in line with the establishment's standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Bartender, preferably in a high-volume or luxury setting. Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage trends. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Creativity in developing new cocktails and beverage offerings.
