2. Collect Keys and Cash Float. (when required)
3. Bar set up and breakdown.
4. Must strive to have knowledge on range of spirits, beers, wine and non-alcoholic beverages.
5. Follow cocktails recipes provided.
6. Follow standards of service regarding pouring measures.
7. Serve beverages in correct and allocated glassware.
8. Check the Expiry Dates and Labeling of products in bar area.
9. Realize all basic coffee specialties, espresso, cappuccino, latte macchiato, Turkish.
10. Check that all bill folders are clean, with a resort pen and correct flyers inserted.
11. Attend all communication meeting.
12. Attend all departmental training.
13. Fill up the Fridge Temperature Record on a daily basis.
14. Provide a professional welcome experience to all the guests who walk past you.
15. Take guests' orders, making suggestions when required.
16. Answer questions regarding the menu.
17. Punch orders correctly in Micros.
18. Set condiments on the table in accordance with guest order.
19. Try to up sell any additional order.
20. Report any complaint or disappointment to the Manager In charge
21. Present bill to the guest with correct items and applicable discounts if any.
22. Get to know your guest and address every guest by name.
23. Always maintain a genuine smile and eye contact with guests.
24. Clear tables using a tray.
25. Polish cutlery and glassware.
26. Collect beverage store request from the store.
27. Follow back area cleaning procedure.
28. Follow check list for opening and closing duties.
29. Follow grooming procedures.
30. Report lost and found to the person in charge.
31. Report any breakage to the person in charge.
32. Report maintenance issues to engineering and inform the person in charge.
33. Follow all hygiene procedure.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,100.00 per month
